Returns Policy

Return Period

  • Our return policy extends to 30 days from the delivery date
  • Returns are not accepted after the 30-day period has expired
  • All returns must include original proof of purchase

Eligible Items

We accept returns on products that:

  • Were shipped by NordSocks
  • Are in original, unworn condition
  • Have manufacturing defects
  • Were incorrectly shipped items
  • Do not meet our quality standards

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made socks
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Socks that have been worn or washed
  • Items without original packaging

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s)
  2. You will receive an email notification of the inspection result
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed
  4. Credit will be applied to your original payment method

Important Notes

  • The return shipping address is different from the original shipping address
  • We are not responsible for items returned to the original shipping address
  • Multiple-item orders will receive partial refunds for defective items only
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds
  • Lost packages in secure delivery areas (with carrier confirmation) are not eligible for refunds

Refund Timeline

  • Inspection period: 1-2 business days
  • Refund processing: 2-3 business days
  • Bank posting time: 2-5 business days

Return Instructions

  1. Contact our customer service for a return authorization
  2. Package your items securely in original packaging
  3. Include your order number and return reason
  4. Ship to the provided return address (not the original shipping address)
  5. Keep your return tracking number
